What should I bring with me?

Because you're going to beaches, bring light and comfortable clothes, a few swim suits, some easily removable and comfortable footwear (flip flops, sandals, etc.), lots of sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, snorkel gear(If you own some, this isn't mandatory), and some money. You will also need passports!

Is there another language spoken here?

The people do speak their own Marshallese dialect, but many also speak english, so there's no need to worry.

Are there any weather concerns we need to know about?

Yes, the Marshall Islands are near a Typhoon belt, so you need to look out for those, although they are extremely rare. The other weather concern is flooding, unlikely, but if the water level rises even just an inch, all of the islands could be flooded.
